Community Happenings: September 20 2017

Ahoy Community!Three years ago, I wrapped up two long days filled with community vendor demos as part of the community consolidation project. Unbeknownst to me at that moment, it was one of my first days as a community manager.
It also happened to be “Talk Like a Pirate Day” and I had been given a cardboard pirate hat. To appear professional, I waited until the end of the day before slipping on my pirate hat to ask data & reporting questions. The rest, as they say, is history.
Today, I’m wistfully nostalgic as I remember that moment and what was to come – the friends, the lessons, and most importantly watching our Blackbaud Community grow.
