Greetings Community! I trust this message finds you all doing well and progressing successfully as you plan your upcoming events, fundraisers, and appeals to your constituents, congregants, alumni, and donors. Our Customer Success team continues to develop more programs and platforms to keep you engaged and collaborating with us and with your follow colleagues in the non-profit world.
Our outreach programs are meant to be informative and insightful, while keeping you tuned-in on ways to further maximize the solutions you own and your investment in Blackbaud. We will continue to post live recordings, blogs, and other adoption programs designed to help you get the most out of your Blackbaud solutions and experience.
For those of you attending bbcon 2018 this year, I look forward to meeting you in our Customer Success area in the Blackbaud booth. Our Customer Success team will be there in full force to welcome and connect you to all the bbcon has to offer. Also, we invite you to attend our session “Getting the Most out of your Blackbaud Experience”, which will be held at 8:30am on Thursday, October 11th in the Emerald 1 room.
In the meantime, I am pleased to share the first of many more videos to come. These videos will be used in our new customer / new user welcome packets, along with other insightful links and information to help successfully onboard, orient, and educate customers on the tools, resources, and programs we in Customer Success have created just for you.
No matter if you’re a new customer or you’ve been with us for years, the Blackbaud Customer Success Team is always here to help you maximize your investment in all your Blackbaud solutions. With resources, expertise, and guidance from our dedicated team, we’ll make sure you have everything you need to succeed, so you can achieve your goals and do more good.
