A few weeks ago I shared one of our recent Customer Success videos. I’m pleased to share our next one with you today. In this video, you will hear from members of our Customer Success team. Also, there is a reference to a “link at the bottom of the screen." This link will be shared with new customers and users as we onboard them, however we will provide you with links to the programs and recordings we create, making them available to you right here in the Community.  

You know the Blackbaud Customer Success Team is here to help you reach your mission. Now, see how we’re making it happen! I hope to meet many of you this year at bbcon 2018. You’ll find me on the main stage at the opening of bbcon, in the Customer Success welcome area located inside the Blackbaud booth of the exhibit hall, and in the special session I will be facilitating this year at bbcon entitled “Make the Most Out of Your Blackbaud Experience" which will be held at 8:30am on Thursday, October 11th in the Emerald 1 room.

Keep your feedback coming, know we hear you, and will be responding. It doesn’t matter what we say or do, but how we make you feel, and it is our goal, not only in Customer Success, but at Blackbaud to make you feel delighted, successful, and enriched out of your experience with us.
