Hi Community!

Whew! It's been a busy few weeks that kicked off with bbcon 2018 in Orlando, FL (could write novels about that amazing experience) to coming back to find our two new community managers ready to train.

That's right! We have two new community managers who are ready to make your experience even better. You'll be hearing from them later this week. Welcome them nicely, favorite Community, we don't want to scare them off. Yet. laugh

For now, let's look at Q3 of 2018 and the latest Community stats! Drum roll please:

There were 11,654 Likes & Thanks, 5,852 Questions & Answers, and 7,443 Connections in the Blackbaud Community during Q3 2018.

The Blackbaud Community wouldn't exist without you so thank you for being part of it. Keep being awesome so we can end the year on a strong note.

So far, my favorite community I've ever worked with!

Welcome back Shannon!!
Hi Adrienne Smart‍,

I think you want to get in touch with your account rep at Blackbaud - they should be able to put you in touch with the right resources for your organization. If you don't know who that is for your org - ask your DBA, IT, or Business Office they might be in contact. If they don't know grab your site id and call Blackbaud to find out and be put in touch. You can get your site id from your account info on blackbaud.com, log in and click on your image in the top right corner (or circle where your image should be).

I find an easy way to describe RE NXT as the web view and the older view as the database view. You get to keep both views. It will always be evolving. The web view doesn't see everything or do everything the database view does, however, it is a customizable responsive design that is built to make the fundraiser's life easier. You might want to see if this video might be a good place to start. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eyHmpgdeH5k.

Hope this helps! Good luck.
Hi:

How do I reach out the community managers regarding RE NXT. I'm having a meeting with my supervisors regarding why they should jump on board Thursday.. I'm a little confused as to how I should explain the web interface with NXT and RE adding gifts directly into RE. What is the name of the software? Thanks
