It would help our #GivingTuesday campaign if online Express didn't go down during the day.

I agree with James Quinn. This is the second year in a row that Blackbaud technical issues have hampered our #GivingTuesday efforts.

Is this guy serious?  Talk about being tone deaf!  Online Express has been erratic and now dysfunctional for almost entire Giving Tuesday 2018.
What a total embarrassment for this high priced software.  Looking to see what Blackbaud offers to all us subscribers who are held captive by them.

Ugh, what a mess: Online Express is really 20th Century technology at 21st Century prices. This is the second year in a row where OE has disappointed us on #GivingTuesday.

I'm absolutely gobsmacked at the silence coming from BB regarding this enormous outage on Giving Tuesday. Cut and paste responses from support, silence on the help forums, nothing here. 

This is truly unacceptable and embarrassing.

We are aware of an issue impacting a subset of Blackbaud Online Express™ customers, causing errors when attempting to log in or use features within the affected service. In an attempt to remediate the issue, we have taken additional measures to optimize performance by temporarily suppressing some minor elements from the Donations Dashboard page in Online Express. At this time, Online Express service ranges from intermittent to unavailable for customers.

We realize this is an important day for you and are working relentlessly to restore service. Our engineers are working diligently to diagnose the root cause and we have all the appropriate resources available to get your full service restored as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please continue to reference the Blackbaud status page for real-time updates.
