We realize this is an important day for you and are working relentlessly to restore service. Our engineers are working diligently to diagnose the root cause and we have all the appropriate resources available to get your full service restored as quickly as possible. This is truly unacceptable and embarrassing.
What a total embarrassment for this high priced software. Looking to see what Blackbaud offers to all us subscribers who are held captive by them.
