Trouble Logging In To Altru

This morning we realize that some of our clients are unable to login without taking additional steps. They are receiving a popup window repeatedly asking users to log in to Altru. Even after entering credentials, or clicking cancel, users are not directed to Altru. Our hosting administrators are aware of the issue, and are investigating further to find the root cause. 

If you run into this, please do the following: 
  1. Clear the browser cache in the browser, being sure to mark all of the options to be cleared. 
  2. Restart the browser. 
  3. We also recommend to upgrade the browser to the latest version. 

We will continue to provide updates as we dig into the root cause of the issues.

We apologize for the inconvenience that was caused by the popup window when attempting to login to Altru in Internet Explorer. We were able to identify a setting that was triggering this popup window, and we were able to disable this setting to allow users to log in to Internet Explorer at around 12:50pm EST on 07/27/16.

If any users are still experiencing issues logging in to Altru, please clear the cache in the browser. We appreciate your patience while we worked to fully resolve the issue, and we are continuing to work to address the underlying cause to prevent this from happening in the future. Again we apologize for the inconvenience.
