Investigating An Issue With Payment Services In Altru

We have received several reports of latency, loading, and payment services errors within Altru.  Some of the errors are: Error: data could not be saved.  This card type cannot be accepted OR payments online might have error: could not process your request, please call. Our server and payment service teams are actively investigating this issue.  We will update this thread once we know more.

We are hearing from customers that the issue is beginning again. We are still continuing to work with our Payment Services and server teams to resolve this issue totally.

This is creating a rough situation for our Museum Store, this needs to be resolved now.

This issue was resolved as of 3:46pm EST. We have determined root cause and have put preventative measures in place to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future.
