RESOLVED: Investigating An Issue With Blackbaud Payment Services In Altru

Earlier today some customers experienced credit cards not processing and slowness during credit card processing. The issue was fully resolved by 12:30pm EST. We have identified root cause and are taking steps to prevent this from occurring again. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused your organization.

Glad to hear it! We are experiencing a 10 to 20 second lag between completing a sale and the receipt printing, which really becomes a problem when you have a line full of people in a hurry to return to their tour bus. Looking forward to a swift resolution!
