Investigating An Issue With Altru Running Slowly

Yes, running slow here. Along with Altu search function NOT finding existing constituents . . . and the continuation of the "disappearing tiles" problem . . . p[lease fix, all!

The new status page still lists Altru as operational. Is this the type of issue that might end up on the status page? EDIT: Or maybe it was just resolved in the last couple of minutes since it now lists it as a past incident. I'll have to check with our front desk. Thanks for those updates!

As of this morning Brandywine Conservancy & Museum of Art is experiencing speed fluctuations in Altru. Tlhe first 15 or so admission sales went smoothly. However, now we are experiencing very slow speeds and cannot efficiently operate our admissions desk. This is a big problem!!
