Resolved: Issue With Not Being Able To Access Altru

Our hosting administrators have stabilized services as of 4:28pm EST. We identified an issue on the server that caused users to be unable to access the website, and our hosting team worked quickly to resolve the issue. We continue to investigate to prevent a future occurrence, and are tracking this on the status page #2017111004. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and appreciate your patience as we worked to provide a full resolution.
