About Patti: Tell us about your family (fur babies count!) "My daughter Melissa is 38 and the most amazing single mom ever with 15 year old Aly, who is a sophomore in a performing arts high school and 12 year old Lilly who is a soccer champ! My Army Vet son Patrick is 32 and he and my daughter-in-law Juliet gifted me with my firat grandson, Nathan, in April! My fur babies are my cats Minnie (because she was when we rescued her but not any more) and Dink (short for Winkie Dink - also a rescue that had to have an infected eye removed)" Where do you live? "Media, PA." What do you like to do for fun? "Visiting the kids and grandkids! Travelling. Birdwatching. Sailing with my significant other."
	What’s a life achievement you are particularly proud of? "My family! They've had their highs and lows but have come a long way and I am so very proud of them! Personally, I'm proud of where I am in life right now. My current job is awesome and was a result of an unfortunate layoff and a huge stroke of luck! Best thing that ever happened career wise!" What’s one memory that always makes you smile? "Sitting on top of a mountain (Hawk Mountain in PA) with my father identifying and counting migrating hawks. He was my birdwatching buddy, and since he passed in 2012 I to this day point out bird sightings to him. This one's for you, Dad!" What is one interesting fact about yourself most people don't know? "I was a dancer in high school and college and taught tap and jazz."
Tell us about your organization: "In 2011, Chestnut Hill Academy, an all boys school, and the adjacent Springside Scool, all girls, merged and became Springside Chestnut Hill Academy. While the name was changed to underscore a statement of unity and purpose, the educational model remained the same. SCH Academy proudly boasts “the best of both worlds” with a single-sex education for Lower and Middle Schools and a fully coed Upper School. SCH is now a recognized leader in independent schools and espouses a bold educational vision that prepares students for future success with a nod to the rich traditions and history from which the school was born." What’s a typical day like for you? "Data, data, data and more data amid the sounds of students coming and going." What’s the best part of your job? "The people! I have the most amazing team as well as faculty, staff, students, parents, alumni, etc."
	What advice would you give someone starting out in the non-profit field? "Never stop learning! Use every resource you can find to stay in and ahead of the game!" What do you love about the Blackbaud Community? "The people! (Can you tell I love people?) Everyone in the Community had their own set of skills and knowledge to share! It's my #1 go-to resource!"

Finally, if you were a sandwich, which kind of sandwich would you be?: "Definitely Peanut Butter and Jelly! Just because!"
