| Tell us about your family (fur babies count!) "I've got three little weirdos ranging from 5-14 years old. One of the best things we ever did was give our family dog as a 'gift' to our middle child when he asked for his own. Now, he takes care of our 9 year old 100 pound Ridgeback every day!" Where do you live? "Dallas, Texas." What do you like to do for fun? "When I'm not deep-diving into data and letting my inner nerd rule the world, you can find me with my camera in-hand. Or traveling to beautiful places with people I love." |

What’s a life achievement you are particularly proud of? "Being a mom and not losing my mind (completely)." What’s one memory that always makes you smile? "So many come to mind, but one where a late night at the office necessitated a glass of wine, and with no corkscrew in sight, a colleague whipped out a 12 inch bit electric drill and made sure all of our glasses were full. Good times." What is one interesting fact about yourself most people don't know? "My undergraduate degree is in music. And because I'm a rule-breaker, and can't have just one interesting thing... most people don't know that I have an identical twin sister." What are three things on your bucket list? "Live in a clean house, finish the laundry (maybe by becoming a minimalist or nudist - desperate times), Take a European vacation." |

| Tell us about your organization: "The Lamplighter School is an independent, co-educational day school for students in pre-kindergarten through fourth grade. Lamplighter offers a warm and supportive environment which inspires interest, enthusiasm, and self confidence while pursuing academic excellence. This is the description from our website, but I would add that Lamplighter is a magical place where children find themselves wrapped in wonder as they carve their individual paths. I just love it!" What’s a typical day like for you? "Wake up at the crack of dawn. Laundry. Kids. Data-nerd my heart our all day long at the office. Kids. Laundry. Kids. Dinner. Kids Laundry. Edit photos. Laundry. Read. Bed. (Run or yoga if especially overachieving)" What’s the best part of your job? "The people. I'm surrounding by kindness and grateful for it each and every day." |

What advice would you give someone starting out in the non-profit field? "Give. Think before you speak or act. Ask questions. Take breaks. And if you need to, take a step back to move forward. Practice gratitude." What do you love about the Blackbaud Community? "You know that feeling like you maybe never fit-in anywhere and then you stumble upon a group of 'your people'... yeah, it's kinda like that." |
