Tell us about your family (fur babies count!) "I am a proud grandmother of two, a proud mother of one son, and best friends with my younger sister. I have a black lab, a Min Pin and a Maltese Yorkie!" Where do you live? "Texas." What do you like to do for fun? "I love watching football, HGTV, and having fun with extended family." |

What’s a life achievement you are particularly proud of? "For educational achievements, I am very proud to have achieved a Doctorate of Management. However, my greatest achievement is being the matriarch of my family and having the opportunity to influence future generations." What’s one memory that always makes you smile? "Thinking about the helicopter ride in Hawaii with my sister." What is one interesting fact about yourself most people don't know? "That I can play piano, tuba, and the sousaphone." What are three things on your bucket list? "Trip to Paris, France; trips to Australia, and Caribbean cruise." |

Tell us about your organization: "My Health My Resources (MHMR) has been a provider of quality mental health and intellectual and developmental disability services in Tarrant County since its inception in 1969. It is the second-largest community center in Texas, offering services in the following areas:
All of these services are provided in collaboration with our community partners in the public and private sector." What’s a typical day like for you? "I manage several projects concurrently. Therefore, I am using completing project management tasks, plans, documentation, or attending meetings or scrums related to one of my assigned projects." |

What’s the best part of your job? "I love project management and getting to implement different products and services. Learning new products and content every day is rewarding and a welcome challenge." What advice would you give someone starting out in the non-profit field? "Learn how the organization's mission and values intersect with yours and find or create an opportunity to work on projects or in a department that furthers that intersection." What do you love about the Blackbaud Community? "Everyone is willing to share knowledge or point you to a resource." |

Finally, if you were a sandwich, what kind of sandwich would you be? "Peanut butter and Jalapeno jelly, because I have the consistency of peanut butter but with a layer of sweetness or spice." |
