Release Notes and Patch Readmes Now Available to Hosted Customers!

Have you ever wondered what changes are made to your hosted products when they are updated by our administrators? If so, we have recently made the Release Notes and Readmes for version and patch updates available to our Hosted customers. These can be easily accessed from the FAQ section of the Blackbaud Hosting Services landing page:

After clicking the FAQ button, users will be directed to a log in screen.

Note: This log in screen is for your Blackbaud.com credentials, not the Hosting Citrix credentials.

Once logged in, there will be a list of the Frequently Asked Questions related to our Hosting environment, which is updated monthly, followed by the list of the current Release Notes and the Readmes for Blackbaud Student Information Systems, The Education Edge, The Financial Edge, and The Raiser’s Edge.
