BBNC Updates for Hosted Customers

The Blackbaud NetCommunity Products team is excited to announce the release of the latest update to BBNC– version 6.55 (3.11.526, patch 2). You can also check out our Blackbaud NetCommunity blog to read about some of the new features and changes in this version!

The hosting server administrators have begun rolling out this new version out in waves, which will continue over the next several weeks until all of our fully-hosted BBNC customers have been upgraded.

Upgrades for split-hosted BBNC customers will begin the week of August 18. If you’re organization is split-hosted, you will be upgraded in waves and will be notified about the timing in advance of these updates. **It is important to remember that split-hosted customers will also need to apply the matching updates to the RE Web Servers and client workstations at the earliest convenience after the upgrade is completed on our servers.
