Hosting Services Resource Refresher

This post is a review of the various resources that our Hosting Support and Service Delivery Operations teams have put together to provide users with assistance answering any questions that may come up while working in our hosted environment.

The majority of these resources can even be accessed directly from the Hosting Services landing page:

 From here, it is possible to go directly to the Knowledgebase section of Blackbaud.com where users can search by question or keyword for answers relevant to the products your organization has purchased. Access to Knowledgebase is a benefit of active maintenance and the Knowledgebase solutions are regularly updated and maintained by our support analysts.

There are options for accessing demo and tutorial videos, FAQs, User Guides, and Patch Readme files. The FAQ page is updated monthly with the most commonly asked hosting questions for the preceding month. There is a direct link to the main blog page and Case Central as well. If you need assistance during regular Support hours, you can reach a chat support analyst directly from this landing page, or call the Support hotline number which is listed here for your convenience.

The Blackbaud website has a section for How-to Documentation which also contains links to our User Guides and other documentation grouped by product. This section is accessible through the hyperlink above, or from either the Support or Resources section of Blackbaud.com.

The Hosting for Beginners section also includes the link where new users or new administrators can sign up for our free introductory webinar. Details about the topics covered in this webinar can be found in our previous post, Free Introductory Webinars for Blackbaud Hosting Services.
