How to use Blackbaud Hosting Services with Firefox, Version 30

Firefox automatic updates has released version 30. This update may have deactivated the Citrix plug-in for hosted users. The steps below go over how to re-activate the Citrix plug-in if Firefox users are unable to launch their hosted applications after the update.

1. 
   
2. Open Firefox
   
3. Click the Open menu button (three line at the top right under the X to close out
   
4. Click Add-ons
   
5. Click Plug-ins on the left (looks like a lego piece)
   
6. For Citrix ICA client, click the dropdown menu to the right and choose Always Activate
   
7. Also if you see any other Citrix products here, please choose Always Activate
