Update on Login Challenges and Product Accessibility

Beginning March 9th, some of our customers started experiencing errors when logging in to Raiser’s Edge, Financial Edge and Education Edge.  When experiencing the error, most users have been able to successfully login after subsequent attempts, but the disruption has raised understandable frustration. We have traced the error to a key infrastructure component, and have deployed two Blackbaud teams working around the clock on the issue.  The first team is working directly with our vendor’s top engineers to resolve the issue, while the second team is working on a parallel path to evaluate alternatives in the event our vendor is unable to resolve the issue satisfactorily. Until the problem is fully remediated we will continue to spare no expense on short-term opportunities to lessen the occurrence and impact of this issue. We apologize for the negative impact this is having on your organization.

We anticipate having additional information soon and will update you when we are confident the issue has been resolved.
