Support Hours for July 4th

The Hosting Service department at Blackbaud would like to wish a happy and safe Independence Day to all of our US customers! Blackbaud Hosting Support would also like to remind our customers that Blackbaud’s US offices will be closed in observance of Independence Day this Friday, July 3, 2015. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, July 6th.
Customer Support will be available to our international customers for assistance on July 3rd during regular business hours, as well as our standard after-hours procedures for down cases.
If you need assistance or have questions, you can create a case on Case Central, choose your product and select the Hosting topic, and our analysts will respond as soon as possible.
In the meantime, you may also find it helpful to review our Knowledgebase or the Blackbaud Hosting Services How-To page for answers to common questions, user guides, training videos, and more.
