EventOmatic
For users who manage their events in The Raiser's Edge Event module, the EventOmatic ("EOM") add-on will streamline your participant management process.  EOM is an advanced participant tool that offers a single view of all participants, guests, and their event information on a common customizable screen.  EventOmatic also allows for adding or editing participants, gifts, registration fees, placeholder guests, and much more in one streamlined process rather than having to go into multiple screens.   With advanced filters and sorting, EOM makes it easy to identify and edit one or multiple participant records simultaneously.  If that is not enough, EOM provides an email tool to easily send targeted and customizable messaging to participants.  As events are very important to help improve donor relationships, cultivate new prospects, communicate mission-specific information to the community, EOM allows users to keep track of the information in a real-time format directly connected with the event module. Less time manipulating data means more efficient events and a better participant experience.

Record Radar
Have you ever been on the road and wondered which constituents are on the way or been planning an event and needed to know the donors or alumni that are within the area?  Finding constituents based on a geographical radius in The Raiser’s Edge can be challenging, but Omatic Software has developed a quick and easy tool that will streamline this process.  RecordRadar is a zip code constituent locator for The Raiser's Edge which will make it “a million times better than looking up zip codes and manually typing them." RecordRadar allows users to identify their zip code, radius, and filter options to quickly populate a query within The Raiser’s Edge of all their constituents that are located within their parameters.  This allows the user to easily see who to target for events, appeals, capital campaigns or email marketing.  RecordRadar removes the need for complicated queries or manual manipulation, and allows for more targeted campaign and data management.
