MailOmatic for Accounting 
Financial Edge users accustomed to printing invoices, stuffing envelopes, applying postage and spending valuable employee time, now have a solution to automate the process and potentially reduce the number of resources needed.  The MailOmatic for Accounting ("MOMA") add-on works within the EFT Module of The Financial Edge and  allows for electronic mailing of invoices, paystubs, 1099s, purchase orders, accounts receivable (AR) statements and electronic fund transfer (EFT) notifications via email. This results in faster payments and payer notifications and ultimately, significant cost savings for the organization. Users are also able to customize their AR and EFT notifications by utilizing  a customized WYSIWIG editor which may be used to create customized HTML notifications to send to payees. By utilizing the MOMA add-on, accounting departments can eliminate the manual processes associated and reduce the notification time and cost associated with these necessary activities.

MailOmatic for Schools
Traditionally, registrar and student billing offices have utilized manual processes to print and mail their student communications such as: tuition & projected statements, receipts, report cards, infraction reports, and class schedules. Not only are these manual methods dated and time consuming, but they also create communication delays. With more parents and students requesting electronic communications and more schools desiring lower costs and a streamlined process, Omatic developed MailOmatic for Schools.  MailOmatic for Schools (“MOMS”) integrates with The Education Edge and The Financial Edge, and allows for paperless notifications. Working within the Student Billing and Registrar's Office modules, MOMS allows users to easily eliminate the manual printing and mailing processes and  reach their contacts faster and more efficiently with customized emails, statements and general notices. MOMS enables schools to email tuition statements, projected statements, custom statements, report cards, infraction reports, schedules, additional attachments and general emails from the Student Billing and Registrar’s Office modules.  With an easy to use WISIWIG template editor, automatic tracking of contact history, and email efforts, this level of insight into MOMS correspondence will allow for a more efficient approach to student registrar and billing communications, and ultimately cost savings.

FindOmatic
Users of The Raiser's Edge or The Financial Edge often need the ability to search for constituent information while not on the home screen of those applications. FindOmatic ("FOM") is an add-on that allows for searching of any parameter from any screen within these programs. The instant results from FOM are sorted in an intuitive drop-down menu above any current screen and allow for one click access to the complete record information.  The FOM application also provides duplicate checking and allows users to select from a list of possible matches or auto pick an exact match.  FOM can serve as a time saver for these users and help eliminate process-stopping searches within The Raiser's Edge or The Financial Edge.
