What Operating Systems are Compatible with Blackbaud Hosting Services?

As outlined in the System Requirements, the supported operating systems for basic Blackbaud Hosting Services are:
Note: At this time, Windows 8, which was released on October 26, 2012, is not a supported operating system for Blackbaud Hosting Services.
If your organization has multiple products, please refer to the System Requirements directly, as there may be additional requirements for the specific combination of products your organization is using.
Citrix periodically releases updated versions of the Citrix Receiver. For Windows users, we currently recommend version 3.3 of the Receiver as it is the most compatible with the updated Citrix platform on our hosted servers. The download for this version can be found on our Hosting landing page or on the Citrix website.
For Mac users, the current recommended version of the Receiver is 11.5. This can be obtained from the Hosting landing page as well, or on the Citrix website.
From the Blackbaud Hosting landing page for your data center, you will see the option to for the Citrix download under the Log In fields. From here, click the hyperlink for the appropriate operating system to begin the download and follow the prompts to install. This will need to be installed on each machine accessing the hosted applications.
Note: If you have an older version of the Plug-in or Receiver installed, it may be necessary to completely uninstall it prior to installing the new version. Users will also need local admin permissions on their machine to install the new version. If you do not have the appropriate permission to install or uninstall, please contact your administrator for assistance.
