It’s been a while since we’ve done a Peer to Peer resources round up here on Communities. The Blackbaud Peer to Peer powered by JustGiving team has combed through lots of toolkits, resources and information to bring you our favorites. Below are some highlights, along with a quick snippet containing why we like these resources.

Tools to Increase your Peer to Peer software knowledge:

Official Free Product Training - learning is always fun. This training is available to anyone with an internet connection (no BBID needed.) [Perhaps you could send this to your volunteer fundraisers.]
Customer Success Road to Success and Jump Start webinars – all on one page for convenience, these are quick on-demand videos to refresh your knowledge. In just a few minutes you can refresh your campaign building skills, your reporting skills, your widget building skills!
