Five Favorite Fundraisers: #GivingTuesday 2020

Published

What a whirlwind year we have had! As the end of year season approaches, we are throwing out the rulebooks and plans in favor of re-writing appeals that speak to constituents right where they are, in this unprecedented season. In today’s roundup, I am highlighting my favorite #GivingTuesday campaigns on JustGiving to inspire your 2020 programming.

In case you missed it, #GivingTuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Over the past seven years, it has grown into a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.

Whether it’s making someone smile, helping a neighbor or stranger out, showing up for an issue or people we care about, or giving some of what we have to those who need our help, every act of generosity counts and everyone has something to give.
You can learn more about GivingTuesday here.

Especially this year, leveraging the full breadth of GivingTuesday’s potential to build relationships, strengthen community connections and collect donations to advance your mission is more important than ever. Let’s take a look at some promising campaign pages.
