While there are other things that only organization administrators can do. If you don’t have a Blackbaud.com profile created, your organization administrator can invite you. In addition, admins are responsible for managing security permissions and product configurations, and will receive important updates and make decisions that impact the security of your data. They can determine who can contact Blackbaud support, and keep your data protected when you experience staff turnover.

Organization Administrators should regularly review and manage the organization’s user list. This includes making Users Inactive who are no longer associated with your organization.
