As a Blackbaud Education Consultant based in London, England, I regularly teach our products to customers worldwide in a remote training environment. It’s not unusual for my classes to span multiple time zones! So, you can imagine how delighted I am to be crossing the “pond” in October to attend bbcon 2017 this year in Baltimore, Maryland. I’m really looking forward to meeting you face to face!

Since joining Blackbaud in 2002, I have delivered training and consulting to over 450 leading national and international charities, universities, schools, and arts organizations across the nonprofit sector. This year, at bbcon 2017, I’ll be teaching at Blackbaud University Day, where you’ll be able to access a multitude of interactive, product-specific and best practice trainings.
