Blackbaud University Day: Meet Your Instructor Kaitlyn!

Hello from Washington, D.C.! My name is Kaitlyn Downs, and you might recognize me from training classes for Raiser’s Edge, Raiser’s Edge NXT, and Blackbaud Grantmaking. Before I joined Blackbaud as an instructor, I worked in small community-based nonprofits for more than three years. I feel passionate about saving social good organizations money and time by showing them how to use their technology solutions!
At Blackbaud University Day this year, I will lead sessions for Blackbaud Grantmaking in Data Analysis and the Blueprint module. If you haven’t taken advantage of online training, in-person training at Blackbaud University Day will show you the data analysis and customization aspects of the database. It’s also a great place to meet colleagues who use Blackbaud Grantmaking and discuss best practices. I’m excited to meet you all and share tips and tricks for how you can customize your ad-hoc reports and your fields in your database to can track what you want!
