I Like Me Better When I'm With You

I want to go to bbcon 2019.

I hope to take advantage of the early bird & bbcon 2018 attendee discount to attend next year's event in Nashville.

Hi, I'm Elizabeth Johnson. I'm a bbcon 2018 Community Blogger.

I wanted to share my experience at this year's conference with you.

At work, there never seems to be enough time to do everything you want to do.

It may start to wear you down. A recharge may be necessary.

Turns out bbcon is what does it for me. I’m ready to be more efficiently and increase quality thanks to tips from countless speakers, instructors, staffers, and other attendees.



I love that Blackbaud ranks so high as an amazing place for their employees to work, that they care about their employees giving back to the community, and that they are filling our need by providing the tools we desire.


 

When I’d encounter attendees working for organizations that were likely to be highlighted on Blair Underwood’s show “Give” -- that would give me pause. Am I doing the best I can to make a difference? While we would not likely be visited by Blair’s show, our alumni may well be working for any number of organizations that would be candidates. They sought Putney out because it would help them become global citizens, to be independent thinkers, create beauty, and/or make a difference. Humbling is a good way to describe the bbcon experience.
 
For me, talking and meeting all of you - that is what solidifies my drive to go back. Will I see you at bbcon 2019 in Nashville?
