Hi Carlene Johnson‍. We are in the process of formulating an exciting agenda and reviewing all submissions. Our intent is to lock-in the agenda early this summer and we plan to reach out to those who submitted a proposal to speak at bbcon in the coming months. Continue to check our FAQ page at https://www.bbconference.com/2020/FAQ for the most current updates.
I, too, came up with another idea for a proposal since the deadline passed.  Wondering if there is an extension on the extension to submit proposals?  I'm submitting for UC20, but I think it is applicable to both conferences.

Hi J Kiku Langford McDonald‍. Thanks for your message! Sending you a PM now.
Is the call for speakers actually closed? With all the changes in the world, I may newly be able to attend bbcon 2020 since another conference I was going to present at has been cancelled. However, I was not able to  meet the March 27th deadline. I thought I saw something about an April 10th deadline but can't find it anymore.
