Action needed - Updates Required!

We are excited to announce important changes coming up in our April LCRM 12.47 release.  We’ve been working hard to improve the performance, stability, and flexibility of two processes: giving summary calculations and duplicate detection.

Starting with the LCRM 12.47 release in April, you will have control over the job schedule for giving summary calculations and duplicate detection. This means your system administrator can schedule these processes to run using the schedule management tool.

The jobs can be set-up to run regularly on a schedule as they do now, however, with this release, you will have control over how often and when the jobs kick-off.

What action must I take?

Existing legacy jobs for giving summary calculation and duplicate detection will be turned off with the 12.47 release.  To continue calculating giving summaries and detecting duplicates your administrator must create a job schedule for each of these jobs.

Look for an email soon with more details about the sandbox and production release dates.

Please follow the 12.47 release notes for detailed instructions on setting up a job schedule.
