Changes To The Constituent API

The Constituent API was updated on 5/11/2018. See our Changelog entries for more information.

As previously announced, we updated the Constituent API Action category value from Phone Call to Phone call. This change impacts the Action (Get) and Action list (Single constituent) endpoints.
