Changes to the Treasury API

We have updated the Treasury API.
The following endpoints have been changed to include custom fields on distributions:
custom_fields are now available on all distributions collections.The following endpoints have been changed to include custom fields on distributions:
- CreateBankAccountAdjustment
- GetBankAccountAdjustment
- CreateCashReceipt
- GetCashReceipt
- CreateDeposit
- GetDeposit
- GetPayment
custom fields are now optional parameters when creating distributions. To locate the available custom fields for distributions, see this General Ledger endpoint: ListJournalEntryCustomFields.
