Breaking Change for School API

A breaking change we previously announced is now live.
We updated (PATCH) Single user.
Specifically, when a user sets /school/v1/users/extended?base_role_ids=1 the API will return 1000 results. , the next_link now returns /school/v1/users/extended?base_role_ids=1&marker=3173483 which is the correct next_link.
This change corrects an error that was originally reported in the developer community.
