Sometimes the best grassroots networks are homegrown. Your grass-tops leaders are often your strongest recruiters with the connections to key contacts in their own states. In this presentation, the Congressional Management Foundation will explore how to coach local leaders to recruit allies in their communities, identify the best tools for convincing supporters that their voices make a difference, and create a map or index of potential allies who can support efforts at the national level.
Brad Fitch from the Congressional Management Foundation and Blackbaud’s own Rachel Simon will discuss how to itentify and activate your best advocacy assets.
