We're zealots for personalization, timeliness & gratitude at our small shop.

Our database is uber-up-to-date thanks to our skilled & conscientious donor relations coordinator. Each donor gets a custom thank you letter within 48 hours of receiving the gift along with a personal handwritten note from the CEO if it exceeds $1,000.00 and a phone call from a board member.

We thank, thank, and thank again.

We know and love our donors and that's what helps us be successful. heart

Great ideas! Love that each person gets a custom letter. 
For our sustainers, monthly donors, whenever I reach out to them, phone or email, I share my direct contact number and invite them to call me for any updates or changes. It helps them to not have to go through our phone prompts and envokes a concierge service atmosphere. 
I wish we did better at DR outreach... :-/

Are the thank you letters done through the database or by the deposits?
"We know and love our donors" -- yes! So good to be able to know and affirm the folks who support your mission.
