The New Admin Console Experience

We are excited to release a new configuration management experience for organization admins with Admin! To access Admin, sign in to Blackbaud's website and select Admin from the solution menu on the left. From this area, organization admins have one-click, integrated access to all of your important Blackbaud account management capabilities. This includes managing users and other admins, single sign-on (SSO), password resets, and more. Over time, we will continue to add capabilities to Admin, so please feel free to share suggestions and feedback with us!

What does this mean for Admins?
Over the next few weeks organization admins will have access to this new area that will allow them to manage all organizational activities from Admin instead of my Blackbaud.

* In Home, manage your organization's details and passwords.

* For your organization's billing and shipping information, select Edit address.
* Under Products, monitor renewal dates for your Blackbaud solutions.
* Under Reset passwords, reset passwords for Blackbaud Citrix Hosting Services, Blackbaud Merchant Services (BBMS), and Blackbaud Payment Services (BBPS), or generate a code to unlock new solutions. For more information about the above features, you can refer to Home Help.

* In Users and Admins, invite and manage users and other admins to Blackbaud's website.
* In Authentication, set up SSO through your identity provider (IdP) for your organization's Blackbaud IDs.
* NOTE: There will no longer be a Primary contact, so only Admins will now be able to perform functions like password resets or unlock codes


What does this mean for everyone else?
Going forward, all users will no longer see the My Blackbaud page, so their navigation experience after logging into Blackbaud.com will change.

* To manage information such as personal info and FTP credentials all users will select the initials menu on the right at the top of the screen and choose their BBID Profile page.
* For tasks such as chat, case management, and information like hosting status all users will select their initials from the right corner and choose Support resources.
* All non-admin users attempting to access My Blackbaud will be redirected to their BBID Profile page.

NOTE: There will no longer be Primary contacts, only Admins will now be able to perform functions like password resets or unlock codes, so after this becomes available please review any users who may need these capabilities.


All Organizations should have at least one Admin designated within your records but may have as many as you like. Please take this time to review who is designated as an Admin and make any appropriate edits.

I am the Admin, but I do not see this new area to select Admin. Is this working now, or will I see soon?

I'm the Admin, but when I go to the Admin Home page there is nothing on it. I can see info under Users & Admins and Authentication, but there's absolutely nothing on the other two tabs.  Is this normal or am I missing something?
