Nonprofit Organizations: The Skinny On Hierarchy And Structure

Published
Let’s face it—hierarchy and structure can be cringe-inducing terms. Perhaps they aren’t the fun, meaty, or inspirational parts of running a nonprofit organizational body. However, just like a human body, the skeletal structure must be intact before anything works. Period.

In this newly revamped eLearning course, Organizational Best Practices: Basics of Nonprofit Organizations, learn about the individual roles and responsibilities of nonprofit leaders: board of directors, executive director, development director, finance director, and programming director. Explore how these roles come together to drive the overall mission and achieve specific goals, such as running successful capital campaigns and other common events.

Hone your best-practice skills and flesh-out your own nonprofit knowledge by signing up today!

Lol, I'm sure our organization is different than most. Our leadership is the monastic community, so it's not like a secular nonprofit where CEO's get hired on. I wonder how much of this class would actually fit for us.
Looks very interesting, gonna have to check this one out!
