We have a new name and new focus!
We are now the Organizational Best Practices (OBP) Blackbaud Community space. Why the new name? So we can align with ALL social good organizations.

Why is this blog space here?
Have you ever wondered how to retain more donors? Or what’s new with the industry? Or where trends are headed? Well, this is where you can come to discuss the industry, trends, best practices, and everything else not related to a Blackbaud product. For example, you can ask how to retain more donors, improve your social media presence, align with foundations, show impact, and increase your open rate. See and discuss what other organizations are doing—regardless of the products you each use.

I'd love to see a blog dedicated to best practices within each Blackbaud product. I know that there are several different approaches to most transactions & I'd be interested to know how the developers envision users interacting with the software.
