Welcome To Blackbaud: New Customer Orientation

Are you new to Blackbaud or new to an organization that uses Blackbaud solutions? Your Customer Success team provides weekly sessions to walk through all of the resources available to you and happy to help make sure you have access to all of them. This blog post will be used to allow all new contacts to post questions and ask for help or get information about the Customer Success - New Customer Orientation sessions. Hello! Thank you for setting this up.
I'm having trouble previewing our milestone autoresponders. Is there a way to see how they will look when we set up default text and then the customized milestone level is embedded? I tried doing the test drive to look at this, but couldn't find how to get the milestone autoresponders to do a text send or preview. Thank you!!

Hi Bridget Hultgren‍... For your question about milestones, I would encourage you to post product-specific questions in the corresponding sub-community. But just quickly... the "test drive" of TeamRaiser is really best done by doing it all live. There's just so much conditional coding done based on the fr_id and such that sometimes going through the "test drive" function doesn't give you a true representation.
