So now that we’re all here, let’s get this party started.  We wanted to give you a quick tour of our new community, and also give a few tips on how you can use community to help trouble shoot any problems you’re having vs. when you might want to call customer support.  So without further ado, the grand tour...

This is a great place to start (if you didn’t gather that by the title).  Use this section if you’re brand new to everydayhero, and need a quick high level overview of how to use your everydayhero Pro tool and how to create a campaign.

Join other everydayhero Pro customers and our everydayhero experts in riveting discussion topics about using your everydayhero tool and more.  It’s like happy hour, minus the margaritas.

The announcements section is essentially our blog.  This is one of our favorite sections because it’s where we post awesome product announcements, tips and tricks, and other content we think will be valuable to our community members as you go out and do the awesome things you do.
 
Events
Learn about upcoming everydayhero live events and webinars.  Make sure to join us whether it's an online or in person event. And of course, come give us a high five if we’re ever in your city.

We love hearing your ideas and feedback. Our global development team is constantly working to improve the product.  In fact, last year alone, we released over 2000 platform releases!  Lots of these improvements come directly from the feedback we hear from you and your heroes and donors.  Don’t be shy – use this section to give us your best ideas.
