The Raiser's Edge 7.96, patch 3 has now been released to all hosted customers. Take a look at what's included in this patch update.

Please note, we discovered an installation issue impacting some locally installed customers. The patch release has been postponed for local installation while we resolve this issue to ensure a smooth upgrade process for our customers. Thank you!

Thank you for the additional details Justin! We definitly don't want to cause unessesary downtime. We anticipate a full resolution for the upcoming patch and will ensure we communicate any changes and announcments here and through your email subscriptions to avoid any future miscommunication.

Thank you for the quick response! The thing is, our organization planned for an upgrade last night and I logged into the portal to download the latest build, but it was no longer available! So, having scheduled downtime and primed for the upgrade, we find out the update has been pulled without warning.
