If you’re reading these words, you already have a leg up on fundraising and donor management. An edge. Or at least you’re a Raiser’s Edge product user. So, you know that Raiser’s Edge and Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT are both robust, top-of-the-line constituent management systems. And when you have a stellar system like that, what could be better? I think you already know … it’s better when your system integrates with another system, and all your information is consolidated in one place.

Blackbaud NetCommunity
Blackbaud NetCommunity is the place to create online forms, such as donation forms and event registration forms. Information entered on those forms is pulled into the Raiser’s Edge database during integration. Raiser’s Edge NXT administrators can customize default integration settings to meet their needs. QuickTip: As a best practice, assign a unique constituent code for all new constituents coming in through your NetCommunity website. That way, those new constituents will have the unique code added to their records in Raiser’s Edge.

Blackbaud Luminate Online
Integrating Raiser’s Edge and Luminate Online lets administrators synchronize online fundraising information. More specifically, individual constituents added in Raiser’s Edge are automatically added in Luminate Online. Likewise, when new constituents, donations, or eCommerce purchases are added in Luminate Online, they seamlessly flow onto the Luminate Online page of Raiser’s Edge. Data moves between the two systems within a matter of minutes, which ensures that administrators always have the most up-to-date information. Check it out here!

ResearchPoint
Raiser’s Edge and ResearchPoint are two distinct and separate databases. However, both databases provide important donor information—which is where integration comes in handy. One benefit of having ResearchPoint information within Raiser’s Edge is that Raiser’s Edge administrators can use wealth and ratings information in action tracks, appeals, and campaign strategies. One benefit of having Raiser’s Edge information within ResearchPoint is continually updated biographical information, donor details, and updated giving summaries. Click here to learn more!

JustGiving
Learn how to sync JustGiving user activity with the Raiser’s Edge NXT database. Once the configuration is in place, JustGiving activity appears in Raiser’s Edge NXT in minutes!
