The Raiser's Edge 7.95 - Patch 1

As you know, the Raiser's Edge 7.95 is released and available to all customers. We are now ready for Patch 1!
Patch 1 will be rolling out in waves over the next few weeks starting this Sunday. With patch 1, there will be an update to the Data Health Center within the Raiser's Edge. This change will only appear for the first user who logs into RE and selects Data Health Center and is put in place to enhance security.
For the first user at your organization who logs into the Raiser's Edge and selects the Data Health Center, a basic form will appear with Username and Password boxes to enter your FTP credentials. If you do not recall your FTP credentials, we have included a direct link in the window that will direct you to your account on Blackbaud.com. Once logged into Blackbaud.com, you will be able to obtain both your FTP username and password.
Once the credentials are entered in the Data Health Center, all users at your organization can continue submitting data as normal.
If you do not enter your FTP credentials, an error message (shown below) will appear that will direct you back to entering FTP credentials.
Keep in mind, this is a one-time password entry and is in place to protect donor data. Once one user at your organization enters it, everyone is good to go. The patch update will be rolling out by datacenter over the coming weeks starting this upcoming Monday. We will be releasing it for download in waves as well.
