Happy Tuesday! Here's the latest in Blackbaud Church Management.

Small groups
Print multiple rosters for small groups -- To save time, admins can now print multiple rosters of small group participants at the same time. For example, you can print lists for all the groups that meet on Wednesdays to help leaders take attendance. Previously, you could only print each roster separately.

From Constituents, Small groups, select the checkbox for each small group to include and then select Print participant lists. For more information, see Small Groups.

Switch the meetings list for small groups to day view --To help you quickly find meetings for a small group, such as to record attendance for a specific meeting, you can now switch the list to a day view. From Constituents, Small groups, select the name of a small group and then change the view under Meetings.

Note: In a future release, leaders will also have the option to switch the meeting list to a day view from their small group leader pages.

Consolidated Receipting
To help further narrow down your list of gifts and congregants that need receipts, you can now filter by a specific date range in Gift receipting and Consolidated receipting. You can also find which gifts have receipts issued in Gift receipting, under Receipted. For more information, see Gift Receipting Filters and Consolidated Receipting Filters.
