Here are the latest enhancements to Blackbaud Church Management!
Volunteers
Email volunteers from the event record - To help communicate with your church’s volunteers, such as to coordinate upcoming meetings, you can now email them directly from the event record.

Email volunteers from the event record - To help communicate with your church’s volunteers, such as to coordinate upcoming meetings, you can now email them directly from the event record.
From the event record, select Email under Volunteer opportunities. For more information, see Event Records.
Print volunteer roster from the event and volunteer opportunity record - To make it easier for you to provide a list of volunteers for a volunteer opportunity and their contact information to your church's staff, you can now print the volunteer roster from the event and volunteer opportunity record:

On the event record, under Volunteer opportunities, select Print rosters. For more information, see Event Records.

On the volunteer opportunity record, under Volunteers, select Print roster. For more information, see Opportunity Records.
Note: If an event or volunteer opportunity has no volunteers, the roster will print blank.
