Sharing my Power Automate Flow: Microsoft Word/RE NXT Proposal Generation

Summary

This Flow is part of a Power App that I built for a custom Opportunity tile in RE NXT. However, it does not need the tile to be triggered in that exact fashion. If you pass it an Opportunity ID, it will look up the Opportunity, Donor and Gift Officer records. It will then populate a Word merge file and trigger an approval workflow via email. If approved, it will save the Word doc to SharePoint and then write doc back to RE NXT as a link on the Opportunity record.

Configuration Needs
After importing the Flow and authorizing the Connections, you will need to create a Microsoft Word template and insert the appropriate merge fields (sample is attached), set up the SharePoint folder that you wish to use for file storage, configure the Approval and identify how to pass in the Opportunity ID.
