Hello Friends! For those organizations and institutions that require members register/sign in to access their Member Admissions and Member Discounted Guest Admissions, can you share the copy/language you have online instructing those constituents to go through the sign in process?

    We have automatic membership discounts for many of our pre-registered events and camps. Our standard language is something like this.

    Museum members at the Supporting Patron Level receive a $5 discount off the price of each adult ticket when you sign in with the email address associated with your account. Discounts are applied at check-out.

    We will still get calls occasionally with discounts, but usually with people using a different email versus not understanding the sign in process.
