Thank you! Can anyone explain the difference between when to use the Insert option and when to use the Update option for the ones under Academics?

@Katherine Bailey I think this is the answer:

    https://kb.blackbaud.com/knowledgebase/articles/Article/24158:

What is the difference between and Insert where not exists import and a Differential update import?

An insert where not exists import allows you to import only those students who are new to the roster. When using this option, you do not have to include students who are already on the roster. Use this import process when you only need to enroll additional users in a group.

A differential update clears out all existing roster members and then inserts only members who are in the import file back into the group. Use this import process if you need to remove some users from a group or if you need to remove some users from a group while also enrolling additional users to that group. Please review the information below on differential imports for more details.
