Middle School Courses that equal to High School Credits

We added a notation to the course record, and added the appropriate column to the MS transcript. We are using "new" transcripts.


Academics > Requests and schedules > Departments and courses. 

• Edit the course record.  
• On the Grading tab, we added the text High School Credit to the Standard Code field (labeled as specific to Canadian transcripts).

Academics > Grades > Transcript setup

• Edit the template
• Design the form
• In the course listings section, to the right of Year Grade and Credits, we added a column for Standard code.

It is empty for most MS courses, but includes the High School Credit notation for a few courses.


We are about to enter our first year with the SIS.  We have tested this with transfer grades, but it works as expected for us.
