Graded and Evaluated counts

Hello CBE folks, I'm looking for input on something. If you are a CBE only or CBE hybrid school - what are your expectations for the "Graded" count in assignment list views (faculty section assignments and assignment center). The list currently shows a Graded column with a counter. For MVP (minimum viable product) release back in June, we went with keeping the 1 column and if traditional total score, no impact. It counts as graded if a grade is entered. If the assignment was mastery only, then we counted it as graded if any of the skills had been evaluated, making an assumption in that in the majority of cases the teacher is evaluating all skills for the student for the assignment in one grading session. We would like to know:

* Is the above assumption on graded count when mastery only suffiicent

* Is calling it 'Graded' when mastery only assignments what you would expect or do you think differentiation is required

* If you are using hybrid model, what do you expect to see? Are you still looking at the total score grade as your indicator of complete and graded and so don't need an evaluated counter, do you expect to see both, are you expecting more complex logic behind the one "Graded" column to account for both grades and evaluations? And if so what would that be?

Thanks for your help!
